Privacy Policy
This English version is provided for convenience. If there is any conflict between the English and Korean versions, the Korean version prevails.
amuse (the "Company") values the personal information of the people it works with when providing SmartLink services, and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what personal information we process, why, and for how long.
Article 1 (Purposes of Processing)
We process personal information only for the following purposes. If a purpose changes, we will take the necessary steps, such as obtaining separate consent under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Receiving and answering inquiries and consultations
- Providing quotes and proposals, and concluding and performing Individual Agreements
- Communication during service delivery, notices, and settlement of fees
- Handling disputes and keeping records required by law
Article 2 (Information Collected and How)

The website has no sign-up or input forms that collect personal information, and we do not collect personal information from children under 14.
Article 3 (Retention Period)
- Inquiry information: kept for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved, then destroyed. If the inquiry leads to a contract, the periods below apply.
- Contract and service information: kept until the contract ends, then retained for the following periods as required by law:
- Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records of payment and supply of goods or services: 5 years (same Act)
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (same Act)
- Tax invoices and transaction evidence: 5 years (Value-Added Tax Act, Framework Act on National Taxes)
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
We process personal information only within the purposes in Article 1 and do not provide it to third parties unless you consent or a law specifically requires it.
Article 5 (Outsourcing of Processing)
We outsource the following processing to deliver our services smoothly.

We verify that processors protect personal information appropriately, and will announce any change of processor through this policy.
Article 6 (International Transfer)
We transfer personal information abroad as follows in order to use our business email service.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you may ask for a contact method other than email; in that case our ability to respond may be limited.
Article 7 (Destruction)
- Personal information is destroyed without delay (within 5 days) once the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved.
- Information that must be kept by law is stored separately from other personal information.
- Electronic files are deleted in a way that cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.
Article 8 (Your Rights)
- You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and may withdraw consent.
- Send your request by email to the privacy officer below. We will inform you of the action taken within 10 days.
- You may exercise these rights through a legal representative or an authorised person, who must submit a power of attorney.
- Deletion cannot be requested for information that other laws require us to keep.
Article 9 (Security Measures)
- Administrative: we minimise the number of people who handle personal information and follow internal management rules.
- Technical: website and email traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS); server access is limited by key-based authentication and least privilege; access logs are kept; security updates are applied automatically.
- Physical: servers run in cloud data centers with managed physical security (AWS Seoul region).
Article 10 (Cookies and Automatic Collection)
This website does not use cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers installed. For server operation and security, access records (IP address, access time, requested URL, browser information) are automatically written to server logs. These records are used only for security review and are deleted after a set period.
Article 11 (Privacy Officer)
We have designated a privacy officer who oversees personal information processing and handles related inquiries, complaints and remedies.

Article 12 (Remedies)

Article 13 (Changes to This Policy)
This policy applies from September 22, 2026. Any additions, deletions or changes will be announced on the website at least 7 days before they take effect.
